Shipping (the board)

Rebeka makes every pair of boards by hand — cuts the wood, finishes it, sets and trims roughly eight hundred copper nails one at a time, packs the pair. We keep a small bench of finished boards, so orders ship the next business day from Los Angeles.

Boards ship via FedEx with second-business-day delivery. You will get a tracking number from Rebeka the moment the package leaves. US shipping is included in the purchase price; no signature is required on delivery.

Fourteen-day return

If the board isn't for you, email Rebeka within fourteen days of delivery and she will arrange a return. We refund the full purchase price once the board arrives back in clean, usable condition. Return shipping is at your expense — keeping the policy honest on both sides.

Beyond fourteen days, refunds are at Rebeka's discretion. If you find a defect at any point in the board's life — a nail set incorrectly, a crack, a warp — Rebeka will repair, replace, or refund at her cost, regardless of the date.

Consultation

Reschedule for any reason up to 24 hours before your appointment — no charge. Inside 24 hours, please reschedule rather than cancel; the hour Rebeka set aside is hard to fill. Full refunds are available up to seven days before the appointment.

Video guide

Because access is granted immediately on purchase, the video guide is generally non-refundable. If you find the guide is not what you expected, email Rebeka and she will make it right.
